The fresh Crusaders and air conditioning system are working great. The 1998 Kohler generator today needs a solenoid otherwise would function. Working on that issue. The plumbing on the boats house system has some freeze damage. The power went off at the marina and the thermostat on the central heat was set at 58 degrees. It of course did not work and the power was off for two days. The house plumbing does need repair. The pictures show the boat dirty from pollen and lack of cleaning for about one year. It is going to be cleaned up this week. New pictures will be posted as soon as it is cleaned up. I will be looking into getting the plumbing repaired but it being the only major deficiency other than the generator solenoid once these are repaired expect the price to change upward. The boat can be sea trialed. It is at a marina with a lift for survey or transport purposes.
